About Me

Architectural Designer.
BIM Technician. Revit Specialist.

I'm Abubakar Bala, an architectural professional with 7+ years of experience delivering Revit modeling, BIM coordination, and construction documentation across residential, commercial, and institutional projects in Nigeria. I take projects from concept through complete working drawing packages — floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details — using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

I currently practice through Sleek Concepts Ltd, which I founded in 2024, and previously worked as an Architect II and Drafter at Web Master Design Consult Ltd. I'm open to remote Architectural Drafter, BIM Technician, and Revit Modeler roles with international firms.

Client Brief
I review the client's goals, site conditions, and program requirements before any modeling begins.

Concept
Spatial concepts are explored — massing, orientation, and material direction — to establish design intent.

Revit Model
The design is built as a coordinated Revit model, with families, levels, and views structured for production.

Construction Drawings
Full working drawing packages — plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details — are produced for construction and approval.

Coordination
Drawings are checked against site conditions and coordinated with consultants and contractors as needed.

Presentation
SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray visualisations communicate the design clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Every model, drawing, and design decision below is mine. I use AI-assisted post-processing on raw Lumion renders to sharpen lighting and material realism for client presentations — it improves how the design communicates, not what the design is.
